Job summary

Energize Marketing, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to own the day-to-day management and client experience of assigned programs from sales handoff through completion. You will coordinate across Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Demand Gen, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule and programs are executed successfully.

The role emphasizes client interaction, project ownership, and bringing structure to fast-moving programs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing programs from kickoff through completion.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to lead meetings, manage expectations and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of programs after Sales handoff.
• Schedule and lead client kickoff calls.
• Establish timelines, milestones, deliverables and roles.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact for programs.
• Coordinate client and internal stakeholders across CS, Sales, Content and Operations.
• Follow up on approvals, assets, and deadlines to keep programs moving.
• Communicate status, risks, and timeline changes to clients.
• Ensure internal teams have what they need to meet commitments.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs through completion.
• Participate in client meetings and QBRs with prepared reports.
