Energize Marketing is seeking a Program Manager to own the day-to-day management and client experience of assigned programs from sales handoff through completion, ensuring clients and internal teams remain aligned, deliverables stay on schedule, and programs are executed successfully.

You’ll be the primary client contact, coordinating across Customer Success and Operations, Sales, Demand Gen, Content and other internal teams to deliver complex programs and stand up structured processes for

• 3–5 years in program management or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience with B2B tech marketing tactics (demand gen, webinars, content) preferred.
• Experience managing client-facing programs from kickoff through completion.

Responsabilidades

• Own programs from Sales handoff through completion.
• Lead client kickoff calls and establish timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and coordinate stakeholders across teams.
• Escalate risks and keep projects moving while communicating status to clients.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and renewals opportunities.
