Job summary

JLL is seeking a Program Management Lead to guide a dynamic team of program and project managers in delivering complex initiatives within commercial real estate.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, manage budgets and schedules, and implement innovative program management strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a global, inclusive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of program managers and project managers, providing mentorship and support for professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with clients' goals.
• Develop and implement program management strategies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Champion collaboration across cross-functional teams, locally and globally, to optimize outcomes.
• Foster inclusivity and belonging, supporting wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.
• Manage and build relationship with the Client programs lead.
• Drive clear communications and reporting to monitor program health.
