Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior program leader to manage global strategic programs within the Global Real Estate & Facilities team. The role focuses on aligning projects with corporate priorities, driving continuous improvement, and delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives that support growth and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will collaborate with executive stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain robust governance to ensure timely, value-driven outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in managing global strategic programs and projects, ideally in real estate or facilities
• Ability to work on multi-workstream programs across geographies
• Proven track record as trusted strategic partner to senior executives
• Excellent spoken English; articulate and persuasive
• Experience with project governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement

• Ensure projects align with strategic priorities and business objectives; translate vision into cohesive program plans
• Identify opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage across multi-stream projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders; establish governance structures
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization
• Communicate status and issues to executive stakeholders
• Manage expectations of diverse stakeholder groups; ensure deliverables meet requirements
