Job summary

JLL is seeking a Program Management Lead to steer a dynamic team of program and project managers and deliver high-quality outcomes across global clients. You will define objectives with stakeholders, implement innovative management strategies, and oversee timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires 10+ years in project management within commercial real estate, strong leadership and client-management skills, and fluency with leading PM tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
• 10+ years of experience in project management in commercial real estate.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams with strong communication and leadership.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools; ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent client management and relationship-building.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement program management strategies to improve efficiency.
• Oversee program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
