Job summary

JLL is seeking a Program Management Lead to drive outstanding program and project management, inspiring and guiding a dynamic team of PMs to deliver results. You will define objectives, scopes, and deliverables with stakeholders and implement innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

With 10+ years in PM and CRE, you will oversee timelines and budgets, communicate clearly, and foster collaboration across global teams while promoting an inclusive and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering complex commercial real estate projects.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams with strong communication.
• Proficient in PM methodologies and tools; ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making with a focus on innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of program managers and project managers, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope and deliverables aligned to client goals.
• Develop and implement program management strategies and methodologies to boost efficiency.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration locally and globally to optimize outcomes.
• Promote inclusivity and wellbeing within the team and client programs.
• Manage relationships with the Client programs lead and ensure clear communications.
