Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and strong PM principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress; mitigate risks.
• Track budgets and provide accurate cost forecasts.
• Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
