Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of real estate and construction projects across teams. You will help manage execution from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is required.
• Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation through completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project financial performance, track expenses, and maintain accurate project budget records.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with project-related tasks.
