JLL is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support delivery of real estate and construction projects. You will work with a dynamic team to manage execution from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management within real estate.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience delivering small to medium projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination across development and execution, including budget and schedule control.
• Stakeholder management with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning for project success.
• Contract review, negotiation, and administration with vendors.
• Maintain project documentation: plans, status reports, meeting minutes.
• Monitor financial performance and maintain accurate budget records.
• Provide team support through meetings, presentations, and tasks.
