Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage multiple projects, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery across departments.

You will handle MLR submissions, coordinate with taggers, and communicate status to clients and team leaders. Under supervision, you’ll assist with invoicing, Sunshine Act reporting, and meeting planning, while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or journalism; other majors considered.
• 0–2 years of client service/agency experience or related internship.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables across departments and manage due dates.
• Run client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes and provide status updates.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and take meeting notes.
• Review invoicing documents, prepare Sunshine Act reports, and assist with reports.
• Plan meetings with venues, travel, catering, and AV equipment; distribute assignment reports.
