Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; advertising/marketing/journalism preferred, others considered
• 0–2 years of client service/agency experience or related internship
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Track up to 20 projects across departments and manage the project development process
• Coordinate MLR submissions, taggers, and provide status updates to clients and team
• Run internal and external meetings, take notes, and share status updates
• Review invoicing documents, assist with Sunshine Act and ancillary reports; support meeting planning tasks
