Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator who can manage up to 20 projects concurrently, coordinate client MLR processes, and keep multi-team projects on track. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or journalism; other majors considered
• 0–2 years of client service/agency experience or related internship
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables across all departments and relay due dates
• Manage client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes including submissions and status updates
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and take meeting notes
• Review invoicing documents and prepare Sunshine Act reports as required
• Coordinate with logistics vendor for meeting planning (site search, venue contracting, travel, catering, AV) and prepare assignment reports
