Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator in the United States to manage up to 20 projects, coordinate MLR processes, and keep cross-functional teams aligned from initiation to delivery.

You will track deliverables, coordinate meetings and notes, and relay status updates while supporting invoicing review, Sunshine Act reports, and client communications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 0–2 years of client service/agency experience or related internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables through all departments and relay due dates.
• Coordinate and communicate status updates to clients, MLR Supervisor, and team.
• Oversee internal and external meeting coordination and notes.
