Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator who thrives on keeping multiple projects on track and guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will track deliverables across departments, manage the MLR process, coordinate meetings, take notes, and provide status updates to clients and the internal team. Under supervision, you will assist with invoicing and Sunshine Act reporting while maintaining strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors will be considered
• 0–2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
