Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Manager to lead medical communications programs, partnering with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account directors, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution and timely delivery.

You will oversee workflows, MLR coordination, documentation, budgeting, invoicing, and act as the primary client contact while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with client and industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years PM experience in pharma-related services (medical communications, healthcare advertising, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with budgets, invoicing, or resource planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows for client programs.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and resource needs.
• Oversee MLR review processes and project documentation.
• Provide client updates, operational discussions, and financial communications.
• Support program coordinators and mentor junior staff.
