Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications in the United States is seeking a Program Coordinator to keep projects on track and teams focused in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will manage up to 20 projects, handle the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process, coordinate with taggers, and provide status updates to clients and the internal team.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism.
• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience.
• A high level of computer competency and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables through all departments and communicate due dates.
• Oversee the MLR process, coordinating with taggers and providing status updates to clients and the team.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and take meeting notes for status updates.
• Review invoicing documents, prepare Sunshine Act reports, and assist with meeting planning tasks.
