• 0–2 years of client service/agency experience or related internship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of computer competency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables across departments and communicate status updates.
• Oversee client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process, including submissions and coordinating with taggers.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and take meeting notes.
• Review invoicing documents, prepare Sunshine Act reports, and assist with meeting planning tasks.
