Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to keep multiple projects on track in a fast-paced remote team. You will manage up to 20 projects, coordinate across departments, and ensure timely status updates for clients and internal stakeholders.

Under supervision, you will oversee MLR submissions, meeting planning, invoicing review, and reporting. A bachelor's degree and strong MS Office skills are required, with 0–2 years in a client-service or agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors considered.
• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables through all departments, ensure due dates are relayed, and communicate status updates to clients and team.
• Manage client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process including submissions, coordinating with taggers, and status updates.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, take meeting notes, and provide status updates to the team.
• Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations, prepare Sunshine Act reports and ancillary reports as required.
• Assist with meeting planning tasks (site search, venue contracting, travel arrangements, food/beverage, AV) and prepare assignment reports.
