Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to keep projects on track and the team focused in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will manage up to 20 projects, handle MLR submissions, and coordinate client communications and meetings.

Under supervision from a program manager, you will review invoicing, prepare Sunshine Act reports, and work with logistics vendors on meeting planning and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors considered.
• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience.
• A high level of computer competency and intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables through all departments and ensure due dates are relayed; identify and communicate obstacles.
• Run clients' medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes, including submissions and status updates to client, MLR Supervisor, and team.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings; take meeting notes and provide status updates to the team.
• Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations; prepare Sunshine Act reports and ancillary reports as required; assist with meeting planning tasks and assignment reports.
