Sales Match is seeking a Business Operations Associate to support daily administrative workflows within the operations team. This fully remote role allows you to work from home in Utah, United States, with a 40-hour weekly commitment.

You will interact with internal requesters and operations colleagues to move routine requests forward and maintain clear status information. Responsibilities include reviewing requests, ensuring clear purpose and details, updating trackers, and escalating when

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
No experience required; related experience supporting business operations, internal service requests, or administrative workflows is preferred.
Basic understanding of task ownership, workflow stages, handoffs, and the importance of following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Review incoming requests, identify action needed, and sort work by priorities.
Check requests for clear purpose, contact, due date, and supporting info before starting work.
Ask for missing details, record responses, and flag unclear instructions before changes.
