Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Control Analyst to join its remote finance team. You will participate in planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting for a complex government contract. The role interfaces with Program Control Managers, Project Managers and other functions.

You will bring experience in project planning, control, variance analysis and financial planning & analysis, with exposure to FFP and T&M contracts. Strong Excel and reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience providing financial tracking and support for government customers in Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis or Accounting.
• Ability to process and analyze large volumes of data in Excel and consolidate into management reports.
• Knowledge of government contracting regulations and accounting principles.
• Understanding of ROS, ROC, AOP, EAC, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of solutions to tasks moderate in scope and complexity.
• Report detailed information and analyze financial data to support project cost/schedule status.
• Support preparation of financial deliverables and reports including AOP, forecasts, LREs, and CDRLs.
• Distribute financial information within deadlines to assist management in decision making.
• Analyze and reconcile cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbillable costs and subcontracts monthly.
• Assist with cash flow improvement initiatives by maintaining supporting reports.
• Support other programmatic ad hoc requests and ensure GAAP/SOX compliance.
