Saab, Inc. is seeking a Program Performance Management Analyst to support program performance analysis in compliance with contractual and government guidelines. The role develops budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses while mitigating cost and schedule risks.

This position is fully remote and requires US citizenship for security clearance eligibility; experience with funding management and baseline control is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience or equivalent
• Problem solving and analytical thinking to resolve business needs with technology solutions
• Comfortable presenting content to customers (internal or external) and/or others
• Ability to perform as an integral part of a team
• Solid organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of project management processes and practices, including Earned Value
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Project and Excel
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
