Job summary

DT Professional Services is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support government programs, focusing on financial documentation, performance reporting, and EAC management. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and strong analytical skills in a government contracting context.

The candidate will work with Project Managers to monitor cost, schedule, and scope baselines, develop metrics, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting government service contracts.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and Defense Acquisition policies.
• Experience with CPFF, CPIF, T&M, and FFP contracts, cost performance reporting, billing, and unbilled analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative support to Federal programs across the full project lifecycle, including project setup, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, invoicing, execution, and contract closeout.
• Manage billing and accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation and submission (WAWF as required), funding administration, collections, aging reports
• Develop and maintain relationships to bolster support systems; coordinate across functions to meet monthly deliverables.
• Partner with PMs to establish and track cost, schedule, and scope baselines; analyze variances and risks.
• Develop financial metrics, cost performance reports, and forecasts using timesheets, invoices, and financial systems.
• Support operational improvements in finance and personnel management.
