Job summary

VSolvit, LLC. is seeking a Program Control Analyst III to support project teams by monitoring schedules, costs, and performance from initiation to completion. The role emphasizes use of control tools, financial tracking for government contracts, and strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

The ideal candidate has extensive FAR/DFAR experience, 15+ years in related roles, and US citizenship. This is a full-time remote opportunity within the United States.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in a Project Control Analyst/Project Financial Analyst role on government contracts.
• FAR/DFAR knowledge and experience with CPFF, CPIF, T&M, and FFP contracts.
• Experience generating cost performance reports and EACs; unbilled data understanding.
• GAAP knowledge with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• US Citizenship required; government work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, costs, and performance from start to finish.
• Review contract setups in accounting systems at startup to ensure accuracy.
• Track, analyze, and report progress on varied contracts with limited supervision.
• Capture costs and commitments; compare against plans and ETCs/EACs.
• Develop ROMs/Cost Estimates for task orders; support PMs and finance teams.
• Prepare Monthly Program Review presentations and financial deliverables.
