Job summary

DT Professional Services is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support government programs, monitoring projects from initiation through closeout and coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial documentation, preparing reports, and providing analytical support for government contracts, including EACs and monthly CDRLs. Remote work is available, with preference for candidates near Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government service contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Defense Acquisition policies.
• Experience with CPFF, CPIF, T&M, and FFP contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative support to Federal programs across the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, invoicing, execution, and contract closeout.
• Manage billing and accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation and submission (WAWF as required), funding administration, collections, aging reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure monthly contractual deliverables are met timely and accurately.
