Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a results-driven PS Operations Manager based in the United States to lead and optimize operational processes for a global Professional Services organization. This fully remote role focuses on PSA platform optimization, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement to ensure timely project delivery and scalable operations.

You will partner with leadership across delivery, finance, sales operations, and IT to translate data into actionable improvements, while guiding a team

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services Operations or equivalent
• Hands-on PSA platform experience (Cloud Coach or similar)
• Strong data governance, reporting, and end-user support knowledge
• Experience with resource planning, utilization, and capacity forecasting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own PS Operations PSA platform configurations, workflows, and user access
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation to match project needs
• Develop dashboards and reports for utilization, backlog, and delivery milestones
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Delivery for cross-functional alignment
• Coach and develop PS Operations team members and establish priorities
