Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or equivalent roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs with defined scope, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Identify roadblocks, inefficiencies; implement scalable processes.
• Design governance, cadences, and reporting to track objectives.
• Synthesize data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders to align resources and influence direction across workstreams.
• Link operational metrics to financial performance and growth outcomes.
• Assess existing approaches; scale successful innovations across the organization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure progress amid competing priorities.
