Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a Sr. Manager of IT & Operations to own and strengthen our remote-first tech stack.

You will lead day-to-day IT operations, security, IAM, and automation, while partnering with executives to drive scalable, compliant systems and strategic roadmap. This hands-on leadership role includes SOC 2 controls, AI tool governance, budget management, vendor relations, and cross‑functional collaboration to keep employees productive and secure across a distributed

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, systems administration, or technical operations.
• 1–2 years in IT leadership or management, ideally in SaaS or startups.
• Experience administering IAM, MDM, SAML/SSO, and Google Workspace.
• Automation scripting experience and CLI proficiency.
• Experience with SOC 2 controls and security compliance.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve internal IT operations and corporate infrastructure.
• Develop near-term IT roadmap aligned with growth and cost efficiency.
• Manage IT budget, vendor contracts, and tool rationalization.
• Lead SOC 2 audits, controls, and security policy implementation.
• Administer Google Workspace, IAM, IAM, SSO, and endpoint security.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and hardware provisioning.
• Govern AI tool usage, data privacy, and shadow IT risks.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and deliver security training.
