Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Operations Manager to be based remotely in the United States. You will drive strategic improvements in global travel support operations, connecting operational teams with product and technology partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, prioritize product feedback, and transform fragmented support systems into a unified agent desktop while working with senior leadership across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in travel management or business travel operations.
• 5+ years with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• IATA accreditation (WWAFT, VAII, or BA2).
• Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve travel support operations and customer experience.
• Coordinate product feedback triage and prioritization with R&D.
• Represent consultants and agents in product planning discussions.
• Evaluate improvement opportunities using key metrics.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives (onboarding, supplier processes).
• Establish scalable processes for project and task tracking and governance.
• Monitor performance and the impact of new initiatives.
