Job summary

Partner Company in the United States is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive efficiency for a global Professional Services team. You will own the Cloud Coach PSA platform, ensuring data integrity and providing end-user support.

You will lead resource planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce planning while monitoring utilization and demand. Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, or Business Operations.
• Proven experience with PSA platforms, system configuration, process improvement, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize the Cloud Coach PSA platform, maintain data integrity, and support end users.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, or Business Operations, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven experience with PSA platforms, system configuration, process improvement, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Base salary starting at $115,000+ USD with potential performance-based incentives.
