Jobgether is seeking an accomplished operations leader to design and oversee strategic operational plans that improve service delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company priorities in a fully remote United States role.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process optimization, manage resources and budgets, monitor KPIs, and partner with senior leaders to advance performance, compliance, and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Leadership of multiple managers or professional staff.
• Strategic planning aligned with company objectives.
• ERP proficiency with SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced data analytics and visualization (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics.
