Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to lead the survey team and oversee technicians. You will conduct boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews, and perform detailed research at town, county, and state levels to guide project execution.

You will evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials, calculate quantities, and coordinate with drafting and operations to keep projects on time and within budget. Remote work flexibility is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid PLS license required; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Field and office surveying experience essential.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and revenue.
• Experience managing survey crews.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Carlson Survey; Quickbase login a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee survey technicians and field crews; review boundary, easement, deed, and title work.
• Perform research at town, county, and state levels to plan projects.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials to identify constraints.
• Compute quantities/volumes; communicate with crew chiefs and operations daily.
• Collaborate with drafting/design/ops to provide status updates and revise plans.
