We are seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey technicians and manage complex boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews. The role involves researching at the town, county, and state levels, evaluating surveys and field notes, performing quantity and volume calculations, and coordinating with drafting and operations to keep projects on time and

Qualifications

• Valid PLS license required; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Field/office surveying experience with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of acquiring clients and generating revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration.
• Experience managing survey crews and remote work capability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Carlson Survey; Quickbase a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Research at town, county, and state levels to identify constraints.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials.
• Calculate quantities and volumes.
• Coordinate with crew chiefs and operations daily.
• Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and operations on status updates and plan revisions.
