The candidate must hold a PLS license, have field and office surveying experience, and a track record of acquiring new clients. Strong communication and crew management skills are essential; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• PLS license is required, multiple state licensures are a plus.

• Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews; conduct research at town, county, and state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials to identify constraints and plan projects.
• Perform calculations of quantities and volumes; communicate with crew chiefs daily.
• Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and operations for updates and plan revisions.
