Blew & Associates, P.A. is a national firm delivering land surveying, engineering, and environmental services with 130+ years of history.

We seek a Professional Land Surveyor to supervise survey crews, review boundaries and deeds, and perform detailed research at town, county, and state levels. You will evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials to identify constraints and determine the best approach to complete projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required.
• Experience leading survey crews and coordinating field and office tasks.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration and growth.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey; Quickbase is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians in daily operations.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews and related research.
• Review surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials to identify constraints and plan projects.
• Conduct quantity and volume calculations and communicate with crew chiefs.
• Coordinate with drafting/design/operations for status updates and plan revisions.
