Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey teams and oversee boundary, easement, deed and title reviews.

You will conduct research at town, county, and state levels and assess maps, aerials and field notes to plan efficient projects. You will calculate quantities, interface with the operations team daily, and coordinate with drafting and design staff to address plan revisions.

Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor license required; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Field and office surveying experience required.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with teams remotely.
• Experience managing survey crews.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Conduct detailed research at town, county, and state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps and aerials to identify constraints.
• Calculate quantities and volumes; communicate with crew chiefs daily.
• Collaborate with drafting/design/operations for status updates and revisions.
