Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to oversee survey crews and manage boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.

You will conduct detailed research at local and state levels, evaluate surveys and field notes, and determine approaches to complete projects on time and within budget. You will also collaborate with drafting, design, and operations teams, provide status updates, and communicate daily with crew chiefs.

Qualifications

• A valid PLS license is required.
• Field and office surveying experience is essential.
• Must acquire new clients and generate revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record managing survey crews.
• Self-motivated with ability to work remotely.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Carlson Survey; Quickbase is a plus.
• On-call for one weekend every 3–4 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Conduct research at town, county, and state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerial photos.
• Identify constraints and plan projects on time and budget.
• Calculate quantities and volumes for projects.
• Coordinate with drafting, design, and operations teams.
