We seek a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey technicians, review boundaries and deeds, and conduct multi-level research to advance project timelines and budgets. The role requires strong leadership, business development, and collaboration with design and operations teams while performing precise survey tasks using AutoCAD and Carlson Survey.

Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor license required; multiple state licensure a plus.
• Field and office experience in land surveying essential; attention to detail a must.
• Track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration.
• Proven experience managing survey crews.
• Self-motivation, drive; ability to work remotely.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Carlson Survey; Quickbase a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Conduct research at town, county, state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerial photos to identify constraints.
• Perform quantity and volume calculations; communicate with crew chiefs daily.
• Collaborate with drafting, design, and operations teams; provide status updates and address plan revisions.
