Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to oversee survey technicians, review boundary, easement, deed, and title work, and perform research at town, county, and state levels.

You will evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials to identify constraints, determine the best approach, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget. Collaboration with drafting, design, and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid PLS license; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Field and office surveying experience required.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration.
• Experience managing survey crews.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey; Quickbase is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Review boundary, easement, deed, and title work.
• Conduct boundary, easement, deed, and title research at town/county/state levels.
