Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a Production & Project Coordinator to be the central point of organization for active client projects, ensuring requests are processed, production files are ready, shipments tracked, and installations completed on schedule.

This remote role opens across Latin America, collaborating with clients, creative teams, print vendors, shipping partners, and installation crews to keep projects moving from intake to closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, vendor management, shipping, or production logistics.
• Ability to accurately review artwork files, photographs, dimensions, and technical print specifications.
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to following up on project details.
• Ability to manage multiple project tracks simultaneously and resolve production or delivery issues promptly.
• Familiarity with design tools, particularly the Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming client communications and process new orders, revisions, approvals, and production requests.
• Prepare artwork and production files, confirming dimensions, materials, finishing specifications, and quantities before print.
• Coordinate logistics, track shipments, and schedule installations through the existing vendor network.
• Review installation and completion photos for quality, scope accuracy, and closeout requirements.
• Maintain organized digital files, update project trackers, and refine internal workflow systems.
• Source props, furniture, and décor materials, manage rental holds, and update pitch deck templates for creative presentations.
