Job summary

CreatorGlobal is seeking a skilled Localization Program Manager to own end-to-end localization workflows across multiple projects. You will coordinate with internal production teams and external vendors, ensuring accurate scoping, timely delivery, and quality sign-off in a fully remote, asynchronous environment. Focus on vendor management, documentation, and scalable SOPs for global content production.

Remote work within the Eastern Time Zone is required, with periodic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in program or project management, localization operations, or a closely related role.
• End-to-end production workflow ownership in a fast-paced media environment.
• Vendor management including scoping, quotation, negotiation, and performance.
• Strong cross-functional communication across remote teams.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar PM tools.
• Experience building operational systems and documentation (SOPs, rate cards, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of localized asset production across multiple workstreams.
• Bridge internal production teams and localization partners; oversee handoffs and deliverables.
• Handle intake requests, quotes, and communicate clear cost summaries to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain network of external localization vendors and studio partners.
• Collaborate跨-functionally to align programs with business priorities and improve SOPs.
