Job summary

Latam, a U.S.-based language services company, seeks a full-time Project Manager based in Latin America to oversee translation projects and interpretation assignments from intake to delivery. You will collaborate with our U.S.

team, translators, interpreters and other language professionals, ensuring quality and on-time completion. The role focuses on production workflows, file preparation, DTP formatting, and coordinating language service professionals across time zones.

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Phrase TMS is a must.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage translation projects from intake through final production.
• Coordinate interpreters for virtual and in-person assignments.
• Prepare files for translation and troubleshoot file issues; format and finalize documents.
• Rebuild and format multilingual PowerPoint presentations; work with multilingual layouts.
• Track multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines; perform final production and quality checks.
