Job summary

Floowi Inc. seeks a Client Account Coordinator to support Account Managers across multiple LATAM client projects in a remote-first environment.

You will coordinate client communications, proofs, strategy decks, updates, and other materials while tracking feedback, approvals, and deadlines to keep work on schedule.

Responsibilities include organizing information, maintaining records, setting up monthly task lists, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client accounts, projects, operations, or a similar coordination function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client communication by sending proofs, strategy decks, landing pages, updates, and other materials while tracking feedback and approvals.
• Collect and organize client-provided information, including account and domain access, verification documents, and brand assets.
• Set up and maintain monthly task lists, new-service tasks, upsell tasks, and approved content in the project management system.
• Project manage assigned client work from start to finish, monitoring timelines, following up on open items, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate daily with production team members, web developers, and outside partners to keep client projects moving.
• Review proofs, mockups, and landing pages for accuracy before they are shared with clients.
• Maintain accurate client records, CRM lists, change logs, production notes, files, and hosting reports.
• Prepare monthly invoice spreadsheets, organize client files, and archive materials for completed client accounts.
• Take meeting notes, distribute action items, manage Account Manager calendars and scheduling, and support proposal preparation as needed.
• Track time daily in the project management system and communicate proactively when deadlines, client requests, or process gaps require attention.
