Job summary

Acclaro is seeking a Localization Project Coordinator to support delivery of localization projects for a diverse client base. This remote role reports to Project Managers and Program Managers and requires strong organization, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration.

You will coordinate workflows, maintain project data, prep instructions, and liaise with linguists, vendors, and clients while helping to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results across markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, customer service, localization, or a similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional
• Experience using translation management systems or project management tools.
• Strong Excel, reporting, or data-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and program activities across multiple clients and workstreams.
• Maintain accurate project data, forecasts, trackers, dashboards, and operational data.
• Prepare, verify, and distribute project instructions, reference materials, glossaries, style guides, and supporting documentation.
• Support communication with linguists, vendors, publishers, and other contributors.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, and escalate delays.
