Job summary

Allegion, a global security leader, is seeking a Product Support Representative to resolve customer inquiries through troubleshooting and product knowledge. You will work with technical services, customer service, sales, and operations, supporting distributors, facility managers, locksmiths, and IT leaders as needed.

The role emphasizes a solutions approach, remote work flexibility with occasional on-site visits, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related industry and/or customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of access control concepts, proxy, smart, and mobile credentials; troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a basic understanding of Allegion products in the portfolio, including mobile apps and networking components.
• Provide positive customer experiences by troubleshooting technical problems via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify customer needs and explain intermediate solutions clearly.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of products returned by customers and drive resolutions.
• Populate CRM and knowledge base with solutions; generate and manage service requests.
