Allegion is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support customers remotely from Indiana. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and the Allegion portal, resolving issues with accuracy and speed while maintaining CRM records and adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications include 6+ months in a fast-paced customer service role, HS diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. The job offers a flexible remote schedule with occasional on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PC software: Outlook, Word, Excel; basic web apps.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates basic knowledge of product features for one assigned brand.
• Manages customer service interactions via phone, email, and Allegion online portal.
• Provide accurate, timely resolution to incoming requests; track status in CRM/ERP.
• Troubleshoot returns and warranty claims; escalate as needed.
• Document service requests in CRM; ensure data integrity for root-cause analysis.
• Meet all service level agreements and participate in ongoing training.
