Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Product Support Representative to address customer inquiries through troubleshooting and product knowledge. The role interfaces with internal teams and external customers, with in-office training planned for the first 3 months in the Indianapolis area.

A flexible remote arrangement with occasional on-site visits is offered. Candidates should have 3+ years in customer service, strong communication, and familiarity with mechanical/electronic products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or related industry.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electronic products.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries via troubleshooting and product knowledge.
• Interact with internal teams (technical services, customer service, sales, operations).
• Create and update service requests and tickets; document solutions in CRM.
