Allegion is hiring a Field Experience Specialist-Remote US to enhance customer support across a defined territory. This role emphasizes fast response times, product knowledge, and collaboration with Sales and other departments to meet customer and business goals.

The position offers a flexible remote schedule with occasional on-site visits and requires a strong customer-focused mindset, communication skills, and a track record in process improvement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; BS degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Exceptional customer focus with ability to understand customer needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated services to Allegion customers for a defined territory.
• Respond to customer inquiries within a 24-hour SLA.
• Demonstrate product and process knowledge.
• Assist in managing phone and email queues as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments, especially Sales, to meet targets.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
• Provide solutions related to products, pricing, orders, and policies.
• Build and leverage customer relationships through daily interactions.
• Participate in client visits and meetings to discuss performance and plan future activities.
• Offer insights for continuous improvements within the organization.
• Demonstrate leadership to meet performance targets.
