Solventum is seeking a Product Owner for the 360e Facility Coding product line. You will translate customer needs into actionable initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value healthcare software solutions.

Remote work with up to 15% travel. You will drive product strategy, ROI, and vendor demos, partnering with Marketing and Training to ensure market success and delightful user experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Healthcare or Software industry with a Bachelors degree.
• High School diploma or GED with 12 years in Healthcare or Software industry.
• 5+ years of HIM experience with ICD-10, CPT knowledge.
• Agile software development experience preferred.
• CSPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and security standards.
• Engage with technical and commercial stakeholders for 360e Facility Coding.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-priority business value.
• Provide demos and coordinate training for stakeholders.
