Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Product Owner for the 360e Facility Coding suite to drive product strategy and roadmap in a remote US workplace. You will partner with engineering, clinical stakeholders, and sales to translate customer needs into actionable EPICs and features.

The role emphasizes governance across inpatient/outpatient coding, CAC workflows, and VOC analysis, ROI planning, and stakeholder demos. Travel may be up to 15% and relocation not authorized.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher with 8+ years in Healthcare or Software.
Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years in Healthcare or Software.
Experience with HIM, coding classifications (ICD-10, CPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with technical and commercial stakeholders for 360e Facility Inpatient/Outpatient coding and CAC.
Write user stories reflecting customer problems and solutions.
Coordinate with Product Owners across teams to deliver high-value features.
Provide demos to stakeholders and support training needs.
Lead initiatives, epics, and roadmaps; conduct VOC with customers.
